perfect location convenient beach access helpful staff ugly view malfunctioning shower window issue
the location was perfect. the beach access was very convenient. the hotel offered live music in the bar, and i found it quite entertaining. the staff at the reception were also helpful and kind.
The room i was assigned had an ugly view. it overlooked a noisy street. the shower did not function properly. It kept spraying water on the wall. the window in my room did not close all the way.

Underwhelming Experience, Some Issues Noted
street noise shower design
The lack of proper soundproofing was a real issue. Street noise was constant. It disrupted sleep. The shower design was also flawed. Water constantly leaked onto the bathroom floor. This made the bathroom floor slippery and required extra towels.

welcome champagne amazing location helpful staff
I received welcome champagne. Such a nice touch. the location was amazing. i could walk to everything i wanted to see. all the staff members i encountered were very nice and helpful.
the air conditioning in the gym did not work very well. it made working out a bit uncomfortable. i hope they fix it soon.

The rooftop pool is great. the library is beautiful. it is a great space to relax or catch up on work. there are also pianists playing in the lobby at night. Such a nice touch.
